Members of PETA gathered together yesterday at Janet’s opening performance for her tour in Manila. The members dressed up in “fancy” costumes of black with white masks, the group was little (only containing 9 members), but still had a lot to say and wanted to make a stand. This protest was against the ad campaign Janet did late last year for her Blackglama Legends campaign in which she wore fur in multiple shots. The picture can be seen here.

Janet has announced her FOURTH dedication, but this time for Taipei! Janet has decided to dedicate her 1993 hit “Because of Love” to Taipei. She said this in her official press release:

“‘Because of Love’ is the Number One I’m dedicating to Taipei. This is my first concert in Taipei. I’m so excited to get there. I dedicated this song to each of you and want you all to know I’m coming to Taipei because of love,”
